update SVN with new display driver

Hi, I've developed a driver for FIC Spectra USB display also working for Symphonie display type, since JoeDalton seems to be very busy, is there someone who could add it to SVN?

there is an attachment with the ProcessPlugins files I've added and the ones I've modified

Can no one help me? do I have to post this request to a different forum such as General development or plugin development? please help us having our VFD display...
