Very Odd MP Issue!!

MediaPortal Version: 2.3.0 RC1 w/ 08-16-2007 01-00h - Revision:15546
MediaPortal Skin: Any
Windows Version: XP MCE
CPU Type: Athlon XP 1.4
HDD: Seagate 80GB
Memory: 1024 DDR 400
Video Card: PNY GeForce 6600 256MB AGP
1. TV Card: PVR 500

Whenever I load MP the first time it looks great, then after that it starts to look like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Isn't this the typical "GFX card is getting to hot issue" ?

i dont think its that, ive tried 2 different video cards.

This issue has been reported in the forums many times before (do a search), but I cannot remember the exact solution. It was a faulty video card, or faulty video card drivers, or the DPI setting in Display Properties?
