TV - HTPC Connection:

I had an old Sempron 2G processor with 1G of RAM and the Hauppauge 1600 working flawlessly for analog.

I decided to upgrade and got an ECS Motherboard with integrated Nvidia 6100 GPU, AMD x2 2.0 G Processor, 2G of dual channel 800Mhz Ram. The video and audio is out of sync so I tried the GeForce 7300 GT from my other computer; but, still have the same problems.

I've tried all of my available codecs:
MPV Decoder Filter (which worked flawlessly on the sempron setup)
HWC MPEG2 Video decoder
Dscaler MPEG2 Video decoder
InterVideo Non CSS Video decoder for Hauppauge
Hauppauge WinTV MPEG2 Muxer (which shows a blank screen and associate audio codec is silent)

The Hauppauge WinTV application works just fine.

Help! Thanks

Default

in TV configuration have you got the audio renderer set as "default directsound device"?
An incorrect seeting here will almost certailny cause sync issues.

Default

On the sempron, the MPV Decoder Filter using Default Directsound worked perfectly. On new motherboard, this same setup starts out great, then over a period of about 45 seconds the sound starts to get out of sync and then eventually the sound stops all together.

Thanks.
