Video and Audio Stream Drop-out on while recording.

Synopsis::

Hi,
Whenever I start recording a channel in MyTV (E4 for example, DVB-T Channel in the UK) the audio and video streams seem to drop out (the screen goes black and the audio stops). When I stop it recording the picture and audio comes back. I've tried playing the file it produced while recording but it doesn't play. It just thruws up errors.
Anyone experienced this problem or knows of a solution?

Ok... A followup to my last post.
I can actually play the files that it records. I was just using a crap player. However... I still don't see any audio or video while I'm recording.
