Hi,
I am not sure if this has been posted before. Please accept my apologies if it has. I did search but could not find anything which I thought related to my specific problem. Everything works perfectly in my setup apart from when viewing the TV Guide, Home Page when the TV is playing in the bottom corner. The picture starts to flicker and the system is very unresponsive. I know that there has been a bug reported about something similar but I beleive that is only to do wth EVR which I think is Vista specific (please correct me if I am wrong). Is this a known issue? If so is there a way around this and if not does anyone have ideas what could be causing it? Even if someone knew how to turn this feature off I would be quite happy. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Make sure you have in Mediaportal config\directshow filters control\vmr9 selected with all options ticked.
This can be a real pain to find, and used to be really restricted to nvidia cards, but now seems to be affecting ati as well. Try a older driver, may have some effect on this behaviour.
