Default Volume Problem - Turn it down and then i cant turn it back up?

MediaPortal Version: Version 0.2.3.0
MediaPortal Skin: Mepo Green Wide
Windows Version: Windows Vista Ultimate
CPU Type: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 2.4GHz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 750Gb
Memory: Crucial Value DDR2 667MHz 2Gb (2x1Gb)
Motherboard: Intel DG965OT
Motherboard Chipset: Intel G965
Video Card: MSI GeForce 7300GS HDMI Passive
Sound Card: Intel/SigmaTel OnBoard HD Audio
1. TV Card: Hauppauge Win-TV Nova PCI
1. TV Card Type: DVB-T
HTPC Case: Elonex Artisan LX Deluxe
Cooling: Passive HSF
Power Supply:
Remote: BTC Wireless Keyboard+Mouse
TV: Technosonic 32" HD LCD
TV - HTPC Connection: HDMI




When watching a movie, listening to music or watching the TV. I turn the volume down, then when i try to turn it back up it does nothing, the bar in the volume meter stops moving as well... i have to manually go into the sound car mixer to get it back up to full volume.

Can anyone help me?
