It doesn't seem to be the website because I'm downloading from multiple sites and just now, I deleted all the channelinfo in the WebEPG config tool and added a few again but without any luck. In the webEPG.log file I get those 'WebEPG: No Listings Found' entries. Any idea what is going on? ps: I don't have the time these days to change a lot on my config, that's why being able to record is even more important. I hope to be able to install the new release very soon (looking forward)

| Portal Member | Hi guys, Since I didn't get any answer on my cry for help, I've installed 1.0RC3 and still am stuck with the same problem: my tv guide doesn't show any program information. ![]() I have reconfigured the channels multiple times in the mediaportal tv channels section and removed and added them again in the webepg configuration utility but still without any change. On top of that, I have also tried to move the xmltv folder because whereas before it was on the same partition als mediaportal, now it's on c:\doc... and of course I have changed the path in the program guide section of the mediaportal configuration tool. Beside a few channels that I configured manually in the webepg config utility, I also tried auto map. This is what's in my webEPG.log: Code: 2008-11-13 19:27:19.953125 [Info.][1]: WebEPG: Starting 2008-11-13 19:27:19.953125 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: Using directories 2008-11-13 19:27:19.953125 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG - D:\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal 2008-11-13 19:27:19.953125 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: xmltv - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\xmltv\ 2008-11-13 19:27:19.953125 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: Assembly versions: 2008-11-13 19:27:19.953125 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG 3.0.2.20432 2008-11-13 19:27:19.953125 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: Utils 2.2.6.879 2008-11-13 19:27:19.968750 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: Loading Config File: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\WebEPG\WebEPG.xml 2008-11-13 19:27:20.218750 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: Loading Channel Config 2008-11-13 19:27:20.218750 [Debug][WebEPG-xmltv]: Loading Channel Ned 1 ID: nederland1.nl 2008-11-13 19:27:20.218750 [Debug][WebEPG-xmltv]: Loading Channel Ned 2 ID: nederland2.nl 2008-11-13 19:27:20.218750 [Debug][WebEPG-xmltv]: Loading Channel Ned 3 ID: nederland3.nl etc... for all the channels 2008-11-13 19:27:20.218750 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: Getting Channel ID: nederland1.nl 2008-11-13 19:27:20.218750 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: [1 of 19] 2008-11-13 19:27:20.218750 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: Opening BE\www_teveblad_be.xml 2008-11-13 19:27:20.468750 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: Version: 2.0 2008-11-13 19:27:20.468750 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: TimeZone, Local: Romance Standard Time 2008-11-13 19:27:20.468750 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: TimeZone, Site : W. Country: | Hi there, If you mention WebEPG, you should also mention the grabber that you use in the first place, especially the data source. I see you're from Belgium, as I am. And you use teveblad. That explains things. The teveblad website has a splash screen that interferes. On top of that, they seem to have implemented page numbers instead of listing a complete channel on a single page. Conclusion is that the grabber needs to be rewritten, unfortunately. Kind regards, Marc /edit: look for the Humo grabber which just came out. Last edited by gommer; 2008-11-13 at 22:31. |

| Portal Member | Hi gommer, thank you for looking into this matter! Yes, I am using teveblad but before I reinstalled, I was using teveblad as well some other site for certain stations. What do you mean by 'which grabber'? I'm using the standard xmltv that comes with MP. Can you give me a hint no how to configure my system to use the Humo website? ![]() Ok, I found the Humo xml file, have added it and just now made the changements in the webEPG configuration tool. Let's hope it works! THANK YOU VERY MUCH gommer! ![]() ![]() ![]() Even though it too quite a while to process and I was afraid that something else was wrong, finally my guide is ok now!

Country: | Hi Peter, I see you solved it. With 'grabber' I mean the xml file that defines the source's HTML layout. Now I need to do this myself. It's always a struggle after more than a year not having tuned anything. Cheers, Marc |

| Portal Member | My happiness is partially (happy for switching to MP1.0RC3 from 0.2.3) gone since the tv guide is not working again. I'm grabbing every other day and yesterday evening I noticed that my guide has data only until today so it has only succeeded grabbing once. ![]() Any idea what is wrong? (I hope not the same problem as with teveblad - using humo now) This is an extract of my webEPG.log file Code: 2008-11-18 17:04:22.156250 [Info.][1]: WebEPG: Starting 2008-11-18 17:04:22.156250 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: Using directories 2008-11-18 17:04:22.156250 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG - D:\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal 2008-11-18 17:04:22.156250 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: xmltv - C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\xmltv\ 2008-11-18 17:04:22.156250 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: Assembly versions: 2008-11-18 17:04:22.156250 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG 3.0.2.20432 2008-11-18 17:04:22.156250 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: Utils 2.2.6.879 2008-11-18 17:04:22.171875 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: Loading Config File: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\WebEPG\WebEPG.xml 2008-11-18 17:04:22.531250 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: Loading Channel Config 2008-11-18 17:04:22.531250 [Debug][WebEPG-xmltv]: Loading Channel Ned 1 ID: Ned1 etc for all the channels 2008-11-18 17:04:22.531250 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: Getting Channel ID: Ned1 2008-11-18 17:04:22.531250 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: [1 of 19] 2008-11-18 17:04:22.531250 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: Opening BE\1-www_humo_be.xml 2008-11-18 17:04:22.796875 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: Version: 2.0 2008-11-18 17:04:22.796875 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: TimeZone, Local: Romance Standard Time 2008-11-18 17:04:22.796875 [Info.][WebEPG-xmltv]: WebEPG: TimeZone, Site : W.
