What happened to the capture card definitions download?

Hi there,
i was wondering what happened to the capture card definitions file, downloadable on the main page. My card just happens to be on that list, so i could really use it, however i end up with a 404 error every time i try to download it.
What happened to this file? Does anyone have a secondary download link?

you can download the latest CVS-ZIP.

Ok, a big file for only the *.xml. But it is included there...
