whats the best skin for a 20" TV?
i dont really care about the looks, but it must be readable in a distance of 2/3 meters

I take it you are looking for 4:3 aspect ratio, the most readable for me is the Project Mayhem 3 skin.

The other bonus is it has only Eight lines in the EPG, so a bit easier to read as well.
