Default Windows XP MCE and Mediaportal

Will mediaportal work with windows MCE? if so what do i have to do?

I have installed it twice and mediaportal twice and everytime i try to scan it crash,s, i have installed sp2,net framework 2.
I have read MCE is not supported so thought maybe that is why.
I have listed my equipment and drivers.
I have contributed
I have posted 2 threads

Why is no one helping?? what am i doing wrong???

Hi there, thanks for help, i have listed my equipment but i will do using the template i have just found, thanks!!

How do i create a log file??? never done this before.

The MediaPortal.log file is created automatically, and resides in the MediaPortal\log folder.

Post your completed Support Template and your MediaPortal.log file information (Please use http://mp.pastebin.com and then post the link in your forum thread)

Since you're now giving out christmas cards ;-)

A number of people have had a problem where the setup wizard sometimes crashes when scanning for TV. You can finish the wizard and then just us the configuration tool to set up the channels. Most people who had this have reported back that doing this solved their issues.

This software looks great, cant wait to play with it a bit more.
