Synopsis::

The CPU loads about 50% both of thread while I am watching TV and the picture is stuttering and MP sometimes gives me "no signal detected" error msg.

I don't understand why because the CPU is not overloaded.

Is there anybody with this card who's TV picture is not stuttering?
