WinFast TV2000 XP Expert WDM Graph failure

Windows Version: XP Pro
CPU Type: Pentium 4 CPU 3.00 Ghz
Video Card: WinFast TV2000 XP Expert WDM

Cannot get TV running. Tried to get wisdom from other threads, without success. Can anyone offer advice for a novice, please. Logs read as follows:
