Hi,

i have question about the "zap delay" in MyTV.

When i perform a fast zapping without waiting for the picture, it takes about 1 whole second displaying the info of the destination channel till i am able switch further on my remote.

Till now i did some experiments with the "zap delay" option in the MP configuration file. But with all the values i tried i had no improvement.

Can someone help me? I think about 0.5 sec should be enough offset to accept a further CH+/CH-.

Thanks a lot

Sebastian

It would be nice to have an option in the configuration to ajust this. The delay needed depends for the bigger half on what kind of card is used. maybe with a note attached that it could cause unexpected behaviour?

Hi,

can someone tell me how to configure a zapdelay of 0.5 sec? Regarding my test results it seems that the value "0.5" is not interpreted correctly. Maybe "0,5" is needed or something else.

Something else. Can someone confirm that the "zapdelay" option is really used for what i want to adjust? (Look at my first post) The strange thing is, that i found this in the section "movieplayer".

Thanks a lot

Sebastian
