Added support for linked channels e.g. Premiere Direkt Portal

First let me explain this feature.
Some Providers at the moment i only know of Premiere have so called "Portal channels". That means one channel is the main portal channel and offers different movies on a pay per view basis.
The movies are broadcasted on different channels which don't have names.
This feature grabs the correct linked channels for this portal and makes them available via the context menu.
If you timeshift a channel which sends linkage data it is grabbed right after tuning and stored in the database.
If you then timeshift a portal channel such as "Premiere Direkt" you get a new context menu entry "linked channels" which contains all linked channels with their correct names. By selecting one channel you can zap to it.
This is a test phase at the moment so all feedback is very welcome
The next step will be to have the context menu popup if you are tuned to a linked channel also.

Does not work for me... I am unable to tune the linked channels (like: DD, DE...). The context menu ist updated correctly and shows up a list of linked channels, like "Portal", "Spieldaten"..., but if i select one of these entries, nothing happens (picture freezes).

Under manual control of tvservers setupTV-application i can see, that tvservers receives the channel "DD" an so on AND that the channel is scrambled. This could be the reason for my problems, because other channels (like PREMIERE SPORT PORTAL or DISCOVERY CHANNEL) are shown as non-scrambled channels, if i select them from channellist (used tvcard is a firedtv C/CI, that unscrambles channels automatically, when it receives the pmt from mediaportal).

The tvservice was set up from scratch. My networkprovider is NetCologne (ewt), that injects PREMIERE 1:1 in the cable network (others than transponder-frequencies).

You have to pay for each movie you want to view on the Premiere Direkt Portal.
After ordering your Premiere card is updated with the subscription automatically and only then your can descramble the channel - so it's normal that the picture freezes because it can't be descrambled

Just added the context menu whenever you are on a linked channel and not only on the portal channel

Just to make this clear:
You need to be tuned to a channel which sends linkage data for about 10 seconds.
That's the time the grabber needs to finish.
Only if it finished grabbing the linked channels will be updated in the db.
Currently the linkage data is send on all portal/linked channel such as "Premiere Direkt", "Sport Portal" etc and Pro7

I have subscribed to the following PREMIERE-abonnements (using alphacrypt-CAM and S02-smartcard):

PREMIERE SPORT
PREMIERE FUSSBALL

This means, that i should be able to receive all sportportal-subfeeds every time. If i make use of DVBViewer (an other tv-software - only for testing purposes ), i am able to watch all "sportportal-linked channels". DBox2 allows this too.

I dont think, that the problem is linkage-related. I am unable to view the "subchannels" (named like: DD,DE) , that are added to channellist while channelscan, already; even though this subchannels are part of the sport-abonnement (for example: service 221 (0xDD) transmits football/soccer 24/7 and should never be scrambled for me).

I will retest (check logs etc.) these things tonight (after work)...

'Added support for linked channels...' caused the tvserver to stop working for people using mysql as database. this is because of a little mistake in the sql scripts that prevents mysql from creating the needed table channellinkagemap. there is a missing ` in line/col 336/13 in createmysqldatabase.sql, same in upgrademysqldatabase.sql line/col 4/13. i could fix this myself, but most people will not. so this should be corrected asap.

Just added an option to SetupTV to enable/disable the linkage scanner.
Default is DISABLED.
You can find it in the "General Settings" section of SetupTV

Uploaded the tv.log from tvserver. It contains two parts:

1. Zapped to PREMIERE SPORTPORTAL
2. Selected one of the available subchannels (picture freezes and nothing happens)

There are some differences in sending the PMT to firedtv?!
