Any way to fake CA table for DVB-S stream?

There's currently a problem with a transponder on Nimiq2 (82 degrees W) not sending the CA table. As a result, TVServer gets stuck at SendPmt:wait for ca. The end result is that three HD channels on that transponder can't be tuned into. I'm wondering if there's a way I can fake the CA table, and how I can invoke the ICaCallback member method OnCaReceived for this particular transponder. Any ideas?
