Building a TV server hardware selection

Hi all experts

I’m preparing to build a TV Server that should be able to serve 3-4 Clients.
I have found out some requirements / specification that I have to the TV server.
It should have:
- 2 x FireDTV-C / FloppyDVT-C
- 2 PCI DVB-T cards
- 1 Gb LAN connection
- HDTV ready

I’m not a hardware expert. This will be the first time that I build a PC/SERVER.

So if anyone have any recommendations to a total configuration or just recommendation of one specific parts e.g. motherboard, CPU (AMD, INTEL, CORE 2 DUO, etc.), graphic card (onboard or not), sound, Firewire connection (onboard or PCI). All your experiences or recommendations will be much appreciated, thanks.
