General Question about recording

Hi guys,

I have a question about recording in MediaPortal. I had a situation the other day where I wanted to record 2 programs that followed each other. 1 was on BBC1 at 8pm and the next was on Channel 5 at 9pm and no matter what I tried, it refused to record the programme at 9pm. I set the recording info to start 0 mins before programme starts and stop 0 minutes after it finishes but still it wouldn't record the next programme. It wouldn't even let me set it to record.

Why is this and what is the solution to solve this as this issue may come up on a more regular basis.

Would do it if on same transponder, but that is a limitation of TVServer for epg recording. would have to be 8.00-8.59 and then 9.00-10.00, so a manual recording would need to be set for this to work.

Easier to get another TVCard, preferably dual, never known anyone who gets a conflict with three tuners

Upload Logs\Pictures etc, use the "Go Advanced" and select the + feature to upload\attach files.
