Is there any chance that MVP will be supported in near future?

AFAIK, no one is working on it or has any interest. I believe there are technical difficulties with our architecture that prevent this.

If the mediaMVP is out..... are there any other extenders that *will* work with MP?

Talking about MediaMVP ... what exactly do you need it for?

It will most probably never be able to show the mediaportal-GUI, but if you want to use it for playing video-files (SD MPEG1/2) you recorded with MP (or music, pictures), this is quite easy using eg. Hauppauge's own software.
As MP is Windows-based, you should generally not have a problem installing it.
