how to see if a plugin is updated for RC1?

Hi! I was just wandering, in the news article it says:

"Please make sure that you are using recent versions of skins and plugins which have been updated for 1.0 RC1."

How can I see in the MPInstaller if a plugin is updated for RC1?

Date modified/created is after the release of RC1 maybe?

It seems most plugins and skins work fine in RC1 without any updates.
