Default master and slave server

for the life of me i carn't get the 2 servers to talk
i have a master server with a twin dvb tuners
and a slave server with a pvr150 card for recording

is there a way to onnect to slave server to the master so the channells from both boxes appear in the tv guide selection
i want to match our free to air chans (master)
with our satellite (slave) onto the one box master

media protal client will be only on master server only on sat box pc

that would be the ducks guts for the wife

cheers

master and slave server are not supported "any more" i think. there where big problems with it so i think that devs gave up with it in favour of getting a solid MP1 sooner. maybe in MP2 they can add this option.

do you have any PCIe slots spare? These work better for Tuner cards anyway, especially if you are going to go HD at some stage.
Even if you have a spare PCIe x16 slot, a x1 card will fit it ok.

i know you are asking martymoose but that was interesting.

i am planning on buying a SAT card and a parabolic soon.

is it recommended to look for a PCIe then? i actually have a T500 working good, but i want a good SAT card for future HDTV.

any recommendation?
