Country: | I'm building a new box to use DVB-S and I figured I'd jump right to the TvServer. I see that MPlayer can be used as a client and it looks like a great one to test with. I assume MPlayer can run on the same box as the TVserver just by giving MPlayer the localhost IP (127.0.0.1) when you start it. But I was looking through the MPlayer keyboard commands and wonder if people have tried most of them, and if so, do they work. For example it seems to have timeshifting (they call it pause), has anyone tried that? Or fullscreen, subtitles etc. You get the picture Any and all input appreciated. Having a lightweight client to test with would be great.
