Country:   |  What am I doing wrong... When I watch Live TV from the TVserver engine, I’m not able to make AC3 SPDIF pass-through to work. It’s so annoying…  Everything else in Media Portal is working great, when I watch DVD or Movie the AC3 works just fine. Any ideas? I’m not sure if this is a mediaportal bug, or a big bug with a remote  What am I doing wrong? |

| Portal Tester  |  You probably use another codec for Television. Go to configuration and check which codecs you use in DVD. If possible, use them for Television too.

Country: | Already checked the Codecs. I’ve tried with the MPA codec (same settings in DVD, Movie, and TV.) I saw some earlier contribution that when the TV engine is used, the settings for the movie codec are the one in use. I don’t know if this is the way the TV server plugin works? I’ve also tried ffdshow audio codec, and AC3 filter. settings for SPDIF pass-through without success  |
