XBMC Python Script - Page 8

Hi Evildude,
I get source code of the plugin "Xbmc tv live", but there aren't some files "program.cs", for example.
I want add some functions, is it ok, for you?

I make the old python script xstreamdev, (Live TV on XBMC for VDR with epg, registration, etc..etc..) so, if you are busy, I could continue your work.

Oh sorry about that - added the missing files. Also - I made it compile into a program and a plugin. I use it in program mode for testing, as it's much easier than restarting TV Server each time.

Please go ahead and add features - that would be great. I would appreciate it if you could commit the changes to svn when you add stuff. I will try to release the native version later - it's still not functional, and the python script is basically better at this point.

Currently I must finish a remote controller for XBMC with PDA, and between 2 weeks I try to help you for this beautifull project.

If I understand correctly, I will have to compile the plugin myself to test it? Or can I find a binary somewhere?

In SVN you can find the dll already compiled in folder (release)

Wow, great work on this so far guys!
I just managed to get it going with my MP TVServer and the stream looks great.
Will there be any way to get the guide to show and just be able to pick a show to watch that way?
Rather than having a list of channels that we have to stop / start streams from ?

I really look forward to seeing this develop further, I would offer to help but Phython is not my thing.. I'm a vb .net person

I think latest version in SVN will show the tv program name. Unfortunately I have no time at the moment to work on it anymore

It will probably be another month before I get time to work on it.

whatever version of the python script I run I always get 'ERROR: Scriptresult: Error' from xbmc.log ? What is wrong ?
I run latest XBMC (SVN) + MC360 (jan 2008)

This is not a script you run, you install it as a video plugin. Please look back a few posts to find how to install it and use it.
