3 small bugs regarding Kicks

1. i stop tvservice, and verify the tvservice.exe has exited, but the the client rtsp keeps increasing the duration and position on imediaposition.
2. two streaming clients, firstly a Non-Admin user connects to channel 1. Then a different user (an Admin) connects, channel 1. Then change the channel for the Admin user to a different mux, and the Non-Admin video freezes, no graph events, duration and position still increment, vcard.GetTimeshiftStoppedReason = UnknownReason, vcard.IsTimeshifting = True. user.TvStoppedReason also is UnknownReason.
2b. There is no 'AdminKicked' type reason
3. on the configuration gui, streaming clients > kick doesnt seem do anything (nothing happens - client still streams etc).
3b. the context menu ends with a seperator (ugly)
