Country: | @Unauthorized: sounds like a good setup . However, I was confused, I actually meant S4. I suppose it's not possible to get the same functionality with S4 (Hibernation) too?

No, you should read his posts again . You have to configure the NIC in the device manager to allow it to wake up the PC from standby.
