Ok after completing this checklist, i forgot what i wanted to ask

Ah yes, I recently did a scan of my channels for my provider and as I was checking off the ones I wanted to view in mediaportal I was changing there "sort".

I didn't realize that it actually rearranges the channels displayed in MP. My question is, how can I rearrange it by channel number? (I don't see the channel number displayed, I only see the name, frequency)

And finally, is there a simpler way of organizing the channels by say exporting them and using some 3rd party software?
