| It's *sorta* working for me... but not really... ![]() If I disable all of my other tuners by either uninstalling their drivers or disabling them in Device Manager (disabling them in MP doesn't help), the HD Homerun works fine. If any of the other tuners are enabled, MediaPortal flies through the scan on the HD Homerun and doesn't find any channels. The other tuners still work fine. I also tried the HD Homerun on my laptop and it worked. I assume this was because my laptop didn't have any other tuners installed. I looked through the error log for TVServer, and it's throwing an ArgumentOutOfRangeException and an AccessViolationException every time it tries to tune a channel on the HD Homerun. From the error message, it looks like it's trying to remove a character from a string, but it's passing a negative index to the Remove function. Here are my system specs and logs: TV-Server Version: RC4 MediaPortal Version: RC4 MediaPortal Skin: Blue3 Windows Version: XP Pro SP2 & SP3 (I've tried both. It acts the same either way.) Mr. Tourettes, I wouldn't call this 100% fixed yet. Yes, channels will scan in now (if you don't have any other TV card installed), but it isn't working nearly as well as previous versions (1.0RC2) as far as playing live TV goes. | |
