cannot start timeshift no card is available on certain channels

I am using the newest rc1 refresh, everything works great on most channels, besides the slow channel changes average is ten seconds, but when i go to certain channels on bev or dish i get the cannot timeshift, no card available i can usually go back to any of the working channels but sometimes it will crash the whole thing. I can view any channel in the tvserver config preview window, all work perfect. Problem only occurs in media portal, I can watch the tuner app and see it change channel, but as soon as it locks to the new channel it pops up the cant timeshift error and in logs i see this line:

epg is fully disabled and timeshift and video wait times are increased
