Cannot start tvservice

i've set up the tv server and the tv plugin. everything works fine as long as i keep the SetupTv.exe opened (first it asks me if i want to start the tv service, i click ok)
but when i close the setup window, it seems like it also stops the tv service. I tried to run the file TvService.exe, but then i get an error that says: "Cannot start service from the command line or a debugger. A windows Service must be first installed (using installutil.exe) and then started with ServerExplorer, Windows Services Administrative tool or the NET START command."

I have no idea where to find this installutil.exe, or have also no experience with the Server Explorer or the other programs..
Can anyone help me? Thanks

Hello, i have exactly the same problem, did you find the solution ?

ok, it's fixed. we cannot start tvservice directly. Need to start tvsetup which start tvservice.
