Can't uninstall TV Service...

I uninstalled by using add/remove programs and when I tried to re install (new version) I now get an error message "the specified service already exists" then it "undeletes" everything and I get a message that says the installation process has been intrupted and I have to reboot to try again. So I reboot and I still get the same error. When I right click on my computer>manage>services> TV Service is listed. Can someone please help me?

Now that I can completly uninstall the old version and install the new version, I'm still having issues with scaning TV channels with Nvidia Dual TV. Do you think you could help me out?......
