Default comcast+QAM problems

TV-Server Version: nightly build of 0.3
MediaPortal Version: 0.2.3+ svn build
MediaPortal Skin:
Windows Version: Vista
CPU Type: AMD 3200+
HDD:
Memory: 1gB
Motherboard: Asus A8V-XE
Motherboard Chipset: Via KT800
Motherboard Bios:
Video Card: ATI 2600 XT 512mb (Diamond Viper)
Video Card Driver: ATI Catalyst 8.1
Sound Card:
Sound Card AC3:
Sound Card Driver:
1. TV Card: HVR 1800 Hauppage
1. TV Card Type: Hybrid ATSC/QAM tuner
1. TV Card Driver: latest hauppage driver
2. TV Card:
2. TV Card Type:
2. TV Card Driver:
3. TV Card:

My question is as follows. I have an external splitter to split my incoming cable connection and connect
to both ATSC input and analog input on this card. When I try to use WinTV to tune QAM channels it does
find them. But for some reason TV Server refuses to find any... Any ideas what might be causing this?

I had to use the QAM Standard frequencies, not sure if you've tried that.

thanks for that info I am able to find the channels now though but none of them playback

When I try to play anyof them in media portal it just hangs or resets.
