| Portal Member |  Connection lost to TV-Server So after successfully configuring the inital connection from a TV-Client to a TV-Server I now have the problem that when I choose a TV channel I always get the message that the connection to the TV-Service was lost before I can see any picture at all. I'm able to browse the EPG, the channel list, I'm also able to browse and whatch recorded shows on the client however no way to get live tv working. On the server there is no problem at all. I'm on the lastes SVN on both side and everything is WINXP SP2. All firewalls are disabled. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot. grubi. |

Country:  | I have same problem. Pratically every time i start mediaportal with my tv i get the error message: "connection lost to tv server" before 10-15 seconds mediaportal freezing... I use the latest build (i update only tv server, not media portal) on windows xp sp3. the tv card is an avermedia dvb-t tuner (only digital signal)..... Thanks! PS i use mediaportal e tv server in one pc configuration.. |
