DVB-S will not add channels

I put together and successfully installed a driver for the Digiwave 103g DVB-S card that I used in Mediaportal. I had spotty scanning success but I did get video playing from one of the unscrambled channels so I know it works.

I have since decided to use TV server and am having no luck scanning when connected directly to my 82 degree Dishpro Circular 112500 LNB (no internal DP switch). I tried using both a standard and Dishpro TPL list that I created and verified in mytheatre but no luck.

I get full quality and signal strength yet the scan reports "No Signal" after each TP scan. I also noticed that it reports "LinearV" after each scan. As I said before, the same setup runs mt no problem (other than that it is is fugly ).

Any Ideas? I posted a portion of my tv.log below, any help is appreciated.

Would it be possible to get 103G driver from you. I'm having trouble getting 103g works under mediaportal. Thanks in advance!

Sorry about the delay but I scrapped TV Server until they fix LNB support for us North Americans. Nothings burns me more to see every little bug under the sun fixed except for LNB support ESPECIALLY when it is kinda works in Media Portal.

I even offered up $50.00 for them to look at it. Yeah I know it is not much but about the cost of a commercial application. In any case, enough ranting, I am just frustrated by the potential of this app. not being fully realized.

The file was verified to work in both Media Portal for the Geniatech Digister/ Digiwave 103g (same card). The only problem is I don't know how to attach a file. I had sent the file and TPL's I created fro North America to Daniel. He told me they where included in the next build.

So how do I attach a file?

I guess that means no, as 2.3_RC2 detect my card as a geniatec dvbs digistar but will only allow 1 lnb, & will not find any channels when it scans.
setup is single line no switch legacy circular LNB freq:11250

the problem as I see it is this program does not come configured for north american use & the setup wizard does not allow the user to adjust any of the paramiters like "My Theatre" or "Prog DVB" both of witch will run fine but have poor video quality compaied to "linux VDR"

I am looking for a high quality DVB program that will support my card for the windows platform.

Is there any way to manually adjust the setup paramiters of media portal & get it to scan channels ?

you should switch to TV-Server, because NA- and SA-Sats are working there.
Asidie is tuning to NA-Sats

i also have a 103g i can get it to scan but it will only scan 1sat wont scan the other 3 i have can this be fixed ?
not saying that its bad just asking if someone could make a fix for us that use the digiwave 103g.

i use tv-server each dieqc setting will give out the same sat channel it wont switch to the correct one.

if you have more then 1 LNBs (tuning more then 1 sats) then you need a TV-Card where LNB-selecttion / switching is supported.
