Error installing tv-server with Vista Enterprise

This we I upgraded my system to vista entrprise from xp sp2.
With xp sp2 I didn't have any problem with tv-server.
So after installing os, I installed:
Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition
SQL Server Management Studio Express
The I downloaded tv-sever (version of 26-05-2007) rev 14711 and I start the setup.
The installer gave me this message:

"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package..... The error code is 2869"

What does it mean?

Is it possibile to use tv3 with vista?

Hi spinmar

I think you will have to disable UAC by running MSCONFIG.exe and you may have to run the install using a batch file and as an administrator.

If you search the forums for "2869" you will find where other users have had this problem.

I am not sure if the batch file is still required to propogate administrator rights across the install. I can't remember if I did this last time or not.
