Everything working but audio

Thisis my first attempt to use the TV Server. Install and setup went well. I have the client running on the TV server as well as on another client machine. I get HD and SD video on both and can change channels, but I do not get audio on either machine.

The server has spdif out to a receiver, the other client just has regular line out to computer speakers. All other audio (nav effects, videos, audio, etc) work on both client and server, only TV audio does not work. I tried all of the codecs and renders and none worked. TV audio worked fine before I installed the new TV server.

I kind of have this problem myself. It seems that when you load a new SVN file on it always registers the MPA codec as normal use. Most of the time I want to use the nvidia one but it still uses the MPA one. I check it with graphedit and sure enough it was still using the MPA codec. I then use redlight to change the Merit of the codec to do not use and swith my settings to Nvidia Audio. That usually fixes my issue.

I found out that if I used the MPV/MPA codecs, I dont get audio for gui effects or tv but everything else (movies, mp3s) works. If I switched to another codec (cyberlink or snapstream) I get gui sound effects but still nothing in tv. I used radlight to disable the mpa and mpv codecs and that didn't help. In fact most of the time, TV now says 'cannot get audio/video signal. I amusng an Avermedia a180 HD card.

can anyone provide a hint on how to troubleshoot this? I really would like to try out the client/server tv since I have a new LCD tv and pc to go along with it.

I played with it a little more tonight and grabbed the logs.
It looks like its not getting the PID of the audio correctly:

In case I wasnt clear, this is OTA ATSC from an antenna to an Avermedia A180 card.

I don't know if this is a configuration issue or a bug? Do it put it under bugs and see if it gets rejected or not?

Can someone please enlighten me as to what I should do about this issue? Should I put in a bug or since I appear to be the only one this happens to, I am SOL?
