Default FireDTV-C problems error (FireDTV: failed 0x8007001F)

HI

I have some problems with my FireDTV-C (I have two) and Tv3.
error:

I have a T-REX 4.6 cam

This is my configuration

I have test upgrading to Firmware 1.3 and 2.3 (depending on HW version) and also the Trex 4.6 firmware to Predasaurus 2.24.... I have change the Firewire Port and Buy I new card, change cables.. ect...
I have send also a report to digital-everywhere.. But They are not able to find a solution yet..
After the error the FireDTV stops working and FureDTVTools does not reconice the cards.. Given me this error

The only way to bringback the card is to remove the cam (trex) and put it back.. or (powerRecicle)

Yes It does, also with Tv3.. but with tv3 stops sometimes after 1 hour other after 2 hours... It's doesn't stop always at the same time. But I get more error when I have both cards connect, with only one card gets longer to have problems...

Is your firedtv-c stable? what firmware of firedtv-c are you using? what cam?

I have this Probelms...

[Need Feedback] issues with floppy/firedtv firmware 1-2-0

Thank you

hm.. i dont know why you think that i have the "c" version. because i dont.
i have one floppy-dtv-s (+AlphaCrypt CAM) and one floppy-dtv-S2

they are working without problems.

but tourette owns one floppy-dtv-c afaik.

Good to hear that the issue is solved (and it was HW based as we thought )

you should tell this digital-everywhere and the support of the Trex CAM.
maybe a firmwareupdate will cure this issue sooner or later.
