can any one point me to a walk though to setup a epg for freesat?

currently there is only one method of integreating it and it requires you to grab 30secs to 1 min of data from the transponder. Convert it with the freesat parser.

search for xmltv gui in google and that can download all the channel data via the radiotimes website.
