MySQL 5.0.51a install under Vista

To install the latest versions of MySQL under Vista you need to modify the configuration executable following this post: MySQL AB :: MySQL Server 5.0.51a Installation guide for Windows Vista.

For me it worked !

I can verify this.

how are you finding vista+tvserver+mysql?

I switched to mysql from sql2005 as it doesnt seem to use as much memory.
