Only few channels are found after TV Server reinstall

I have set up everything on my dish (with diseq). After taking pc to my customer on first i always saw comunicate "unable to start graph". So i did deinstall and new install of tv-server - after that I was able to start tv.

But now only few channels are found - even if signal strenght is the same as in my dish.

I've downloaded latest transponders - with no resoult - plz help becouse i'm running of ideas
