Hi,
I would like to move to the last version for both MP and TVE3. Today (13-07-07) I installed as usual the last TVE3, MP and SVN and started to configure all the stuff. Opening the TVE3 setup I'm presented with a warning tha sounds like this: " Since the db structure has changed, you have to (re)create the db". This essentially means I have to rescan all the satellite channels. I select the Band (Ku-Linear) and the Satellite (13 Hotbird) but I noticed that after the scan many of the SkyItalia channels (like fox, fox crime, fox life,...) didn't be discovered and inserted in the list. If I import my last channel backup (export.xml) I can see all the channel in the list but selecting one of them (i.e. Fox) and starting the timeshift from the Manual Control menu, the TVE3 replyes "no audio/video found".
The strange think is that if I roll back to my previous installation, everything works fine

Anyone hase any idea on how to fix it?

Cheers
Daniele

Hi Laban
I tried your suggestion but nothing changed. This is what I did

- open TV Server
- select Recording in the left panel
- select the Recording Folders tab
- Select the Satellite card and the Timeshift/recording folder
- Select Manual Control in the left panel
- select a channel in the drop down menu (i.e. Fox)
- press the Start Timeshift botton
- obtain the error message "No Video/Audio detected"

Any other idea?

thank you
Daniele
