TVplugin - avoiding RTSP in multiseat mode (test plz).

A way to use direct network shares, even in multiseat - NOT SUPPORTED

Hi binary,

The live555 changes would be great. But unfortunately, we've customized them (and not in an intelligent manner), so we can't just drop the new version in.
