Default Stuttering/dropped frames

Hi all.

I'm installed tv server /client for Europen Soccer Champ's. I use a cinergy terratec Dtt Xs. I tried to watch Italian Rai Uno channel in anamorphic 16/9 mpg-2 and the experimental Dtt HD channel in h.264. My filtergraph is dxva based.
an ati 3850 , cyberlink sp/dvd (pdvd8) codec for mpg2. deinterlace on vector motion. Window Vista + evr.
image and deinterlace are perfect. also I set a detail enhance to 35 in catalyst control center . work fine
but I got sometime frames drop. the ts file in timeshift folder played with media player classic home cinema with the same filtergraph (play after mp closing) do not have any frames dropped in the same reference video.
the problem seems related to play in media Portal. is it possibile to catch or log this problem? my timeshift folder is on a Wester digital 350 GB hard disk. (the s.o. is on another physical h.d.)
