TV Server: After installing Server in a new Network no function

Hi Community!

The last three days i installed a TV-Server on a Vista Home Premium 32bit machine. With the existing Manual and the Video-Tutorials the whole installation was very comfortable and easy. On this Server i also installed the Client to use this Server as a single-seat configuration. All functions are working well.

But:

I created an image of this installation to use it on another PC with the same system specifications. Now i installed this image on the second PC. In Windows i tried to start the MediaPortal Tv Server Configuration but i have to wait several minutes until a window pops up with the message: "Unable to connect to USER-PC". User-PC is the name of the TV-Server. The same happens if i try to install the the former working pc, from which i created the image, into another Network.
Now to the strange part: Because the pc is not working in the new network i installed it into the network in which he was allready working, but then the same problem as written above appears.
The only step that helps, is to delete the TvLibrary sql database, but after that my whole settings and channellists are gone.

Now my question:

Are there any IP settings or other informations written in th SQL Database which could prevent the Server to start after switching to another Network or using an
image on a different PC with the same specifications? If this is true, where are these informations and how could i reset them to keep my Settings,
channellists and so on?

I'am using the TVEngine3 Snapshot: 02-12-2008 05-09h Revision 17383 and the MediaPortal SVN-Snapshot: 02-12-2008 05-05h - Revision:17383.

I hope that errorlog i put in the attachement is the right one.
