What happens if you add TVServer.exe and mediaportal.exe to the exemption box within the firewall settings.

Hi,
Have a look in the wiki about ports that have to be open.

Regards
Roy

Default Firewall Settings

Hi I found this in another thread.

TVEngine3 you just have to allow these Programes to bypass the firewall:

TVService = Can be found in your TV Server directory
SQLServr = Can be found in "c:\program files\microsoft sql server\mssql\mssql\binn\"
SQLBrowser = Can be found in "c:\program files\microsoft sql server\90\shared\"

Thanks Erbsenkopp for the info.

Good Luck,

Greg
