Default mATX Motherboard Selection

Ok, I am upgrading my current HTPC to a more modern and power/heat friendly version.

Currently im using my old left over ATX AMD thing which runs fairly hot.

So im looking for something along these line:

I would like it to have DVI/HDMI output, Optical sound and I would be very happy if it would play HD upto 1080i.

anyone have any good ideas or recomendations

Take a look at Gigabyte's 690G.
Some issues with reflections ATM - otherwise a good choice

cheers for the above! Currently im looking at:

http://www.e-tropolis.co.uk/ProductD...2DS2H&CartID=2

AMD AM2 Athlon 64 4400+ Windsor Core, Dual Core 2.3GHz, 2x 512KB Cache, Energy Eff'' Retail
and
1Gb Corsair Value Select, DDR2 PC5300 (667), 240 Pin, Non-ECC Unbuffered, CAS 5-5-5-15

Got the Zalman 135 Case to go with this setup
total comes to £123 incl. P&P

instead of the 4400+ i would take a x3 be-2300 or 2350. instead of 65w they have a tdp of 45w. i dont know the clockspeeds from memory but dispite from the number an heat these cpus should be the same (if there is a difference then it is no more than 200mhz).
