I use MP on two mac mini cure duos with 1 and 256 mb ram each and they run the video fine a bit hard on the video card for the menu system but on skins that dont do much animation they work fine trying to see if its the skins or the lack of more ram or maybe the video card.

With memory you are restricted to SO-DIMMs, laptop memory. So there isn't really a lot of choice there. probably best to get 1gig of 667MHz. although as there is only one slot, if you wanted to upgrade you would have to replace it completely.

Sounds good to me. Just to find some money now...
