Sound card for stright SPDIF Passthrough?

Doesn't seem to be much discussion on it here, but what PCI sound card would be best to pass sound out of an SPDIF connection (Coax or Optical).
I want it to be used for everything (Music, TV, Movies and DVDs), and the signal is getting processed by my AV amp, so I'll let that do the hard work.
Any recommendation would be most grateful.
(And I trust you lot, as the Antec Fusion that was recommended is blinding

)

SPDIF Passthru ?.... How old is your motherboard ?..

I have (atm) a "fairly" old Gigabyte - The optical out lets me stream anything directly through (DD5.1, DTS etc.) - I'm assuming that is what you're after..
