Default TV card with Blaster

Hello wise people!
I want to build a HTPC and am stuck with the following:
I have a cable box I need to control. The only card I found with a blaster is the PVR-150, and the only version available in Israel is the MCE version.
However, I have win-XP Pro and not MCE so i do not think it will work for me.
Any advice?
Uri

Hi ubear. Welcome to the forums.

The 150MCE will work @ XP. Btw: You also get IR-blasters with the MS MCE remote.
