compile mpII

For compile mpII, I use SharpDevelop 2.2 or SharpDevelop 3.0 Alpha ?

We have not tested compiling with SharpDevelop. So I cannot say if it will work or not. If you do get it working please provide feedback for others who might be interested in using it.
