Best configuration for the fastest channel zapping speed ?

Hi, the precise question is in fact
What is the best hardware configuration in order to get the fastest possible zapping speed when switching channel from a bi-headed satellite dish ?

Here my current configuration (got no HTPC yet)
Bi-headed Parabole pointed to Astra (Canalsat viaccesss card subscription) and Hotbird currently managed by a 7 yr old Aston Xena 1500 receiver (DiSEqC 1.0)
Today, switching between channels takes far too many seconds compared to what I may have seen on other satellite configurations

So, as I am busy building a new PC in order to host MP, I wanted to know what would be the ideal hardware configuration (tuner card etc) in order to get the fastest zapping speed (if any significant differences there are between cards)

I saw the recommended “HTPC Configurations� page of the new wiki was not yet filled… Any other advices on the best proven / rock solid / no brainer TV card configuration is welcome :-) (got no free time for installation bugs and any other diseqc issue solving)
